Hello
Some time ago I took some time and effort into creating a court case, I have spended multiply hours to gather enough information about it. I also see that I am not the only one who has putting some effort into a court case topic without any respond for a judge.
I'm writing this topic because I feel that there is putting not enough effort from the judges side, its not fair that some put several hours of work and nothing happends. My topic for example, I created on the 10th April, I have not gotten an answer from any judge, I have bumped it but still no answer.
And this topic is not created for complain or anything, I just want some answers as I have not recieved ANY form of answer in my topic. I created the topic and put it here to get your attention, as that has failed at SA:MP Courts.
And I know that the Judges got a life too, so please avoid posting anything related to that.

I've contacted Jaaskaa multiple times concerning this problem, he told me a new court system is soon to be developed by him.

Is Jaaskaa a member of this community anymore? Last time i seen him was back in October. :trust:.

You have answered yourself, Plus that Most of the judges have primary Jobs, Mine's And jaaskaa's is FBI Command, austin's and giac's is SAPD Command, Moose and Rock should be available atm.
As for the cases, we have three pages of cases to review, atleast one of them are closed, that leaves us two pages, we cannot take any other case until the case that we closed is meet with demands and etc, You don't imagine how many pms, calls and sms i receive with "OMFG XXXX HASN'T PAID ME HAAAAALP"

Judges are people as you said, the don't need to be 24/7 on the forums... ;)
As for me, I take only patents or copyright requests for the moment.

I did not create this topic for you guys to argue about something pretty useless. But TheRock you also have to look it from our side, I know that you guys are pretty much busy and have a real life to focus on, but if you cant handle the job then you should not have the job in my opinion. Because how I see it now is that some people are spending some effort into a court case but are not getting a reply and that sucks, I speak by myself, I dont know how the rest of the people feel that made a case with no reply or processing.

Even if you had the job your self, half time you would have time for it, and other half you would be busy having other things too.
We do not stay active forever.

Then why are Jaaskaa hiring judges that's occupied with a full time job?
Exactly what I was going to say.
But also understand guys that there are a considerable amount of court cases these days, and I've seen mutliple times judges arranging for the case to be taken in-game with no response.

Did you apply to become a bloody judge when there was a freaking application open? DID YOU? IF yes you know why you didn't got the job? Because you didn't deserve it. If not, next time some vacancies are open, JUST APPLY AND STOP CRYING!
Seriously this is pathetic! I didn't HIRE those judges, I picked the ones who were the most TRUSTABLE.
Will we open more vacancies? When will the constitution be released? When is the new court system coming? ............ When are you going to stop asking, stop acting like a spoiled brat, enjoy the game and just let us do our work? If it's not released, it's because it's not ready. We don't want to give this community half-finished stuff and then have people CRYING ABOUT the fact that it's half complete! LEARN TO WAIT for f**ksake.

Sinc ei got moderator id cut my Court time down Alot. Also i have IRL stuff to work with, we wil get to it when me can.

I personally go through the last two pages of cases every 1-2 weeks and clear the back logs of cases, so you WILL get a reply...Most of the time we're fighting with other judges to get some cases for ourselves, so do not go around bla bla you all suck bla bla no activity...

You are implying we're not doing our job, aka we suck at our job due to not being active enough in your eyes...
I have all rights to call you an ass, as you are insulting and defaming my colleagues in a way that is unacceptable. In a court case, the first judge to reply is the one that takes the case. If I see that he's forgetting about the case, I will make an effort to pick up where he left off.
You did not try to be polite, all you did is point fingers and accuse...

If you thought I was targeting you Omri, learn to read me. It takes quiet some training but you will manage it. Until then ....
