Title: VC:MP - Drug(s) Update

As mentioned before I'll say here again for those who missed it.  Drugs now COST to collect/pick, reason being is it's to make players spend money on more stuff so they aren't sitting on a load of money and doing nothing with it.  The prices are below so check them out -

Weed - $5 a gram you can collect maximum of 100 grams
Cocaine - $10 a gram you can collect maximum of 100 grams

Now onto the update.. I've added in a new drug which is - LSD
LSD collect price is currently $12 a gram and you can collect a maximum of 100 grams the area for collecting is the Haitian Factory in Little Haiti near the Pizza Stack. 

Also I've added in a 'safety measure' which is you need $1000 on hand before collecting drugs this is to stop anyone going into minus (debt). 

New Command - /c collectlsd

Update will be applied later on tonight

There could be Heroin instead of LSD :/

You should still be able to grow some weed and collect it.
