Press "Insert image" button or use [ img ] URL of the screenshot [ /img ] without spaces..

But i cant take that ss in internet, i need to take it on my comp.

You mean to save a screenshot to 'My Images'?

Open up Paint --> CTRL + V (Paste) --> File --> Save as..

Upload them to a ImageUploader such as TinyPic,Imageshack and Many others
