Title: What's your biggest fear?

Painfull can be:
Eaten alive
Burned alive
Eaten by a monster that comes out of your TV 7 days after you watch sex and the city

I would find it most scary because its an inevitable death really, realizing you will never make it to land, and just having to wait to be eaten, even worse because you dont know when it will come (if the water is murky).
