Why am I posting for him: He cannot access the forums either (retarded internet?)
How did I get his name: E-mail
Why did I post this here: I don't know which manager is active when, but considering they live in a time zone where morning may come soon (most of them anyway), they should easily see this in a matter of hours and Williams's problem will be solved.

Send 1 of them a forum PM about the problem, it's been told many times to do that.
