Title: Cheap and reliable Linux or Windows VPS servers? $10-$30 USD/mo pricerange

Hey guys, I'm looking for a VPS host with AT LEAST 1gb of RAM, and at least 10 gb hard drive space. Everything else, such as OS doesn't matter to me. I'm good with Linux and Windows. The maximum I will pay per month is 30 USD.

Please post some good ideas. And try not to base everything on google searches. I prefer that you've tried it and like it before suggesting it.
