Notice: When installing mods such as car mods, do NOT use the SAMI installer (where you just choose the mod and it installs it for you) as it will also change the possible handling files - which will lead to a ban on your side if your mods have been spotted. Always install the mods manually using IMGTool and only replace .txd and .dff files on car mods. Never change the files which effect your game performance/handling.

SAMI may alter the handling files but it does not affect SA:MP, so no need to worry. SAMI is for people who aren't experienced in modding. :D

For anything other than cars, I'd use IMG tool, it's hard at first, easy after a few times.
(Just like Vince)  :v:

nononoono, delete any text files (eg: readme.txt) that contain handling data; then it won't  :D

Handling files are not in text-type, they're usually in .cfg or .dat mode.
