IC:
The Black Panthers Gang is an African-American revolutionary left-wing organization working for the self-defense for black people.
It was founded around mid-1960's. Black Panthers Gang expanded to state of Argonath, because of raising racism against black people in the country.
Still, along with the politic activities, Black Panthers Gang commits illegal activities such as drug trafficking, robbery, burglary and identification theft.
But unlikely other gangs, their targets are only moneybags/rich people.
And they also recognize some common gang values such as "turf", "respect" and "power".
OOC:
The main point of the gang is providing an enjoyable atmosphere of Ganglife RP. Every roleplayer is welcome to our scene. Our gameplay and roleplay style is unique, you may not call it "n00bish", "1337" or "ZOMG-RP". In a sense, we are ruling with Argonath style. However, we still recognise some of strict RP terms such as "Powergame", "Metagame", "IC" & "OOC".
Notes for those concerned
This organization is NOT suitable for players who are impatient and exhibitionist.
We will not be baiting cops or hunting around when we are bored, we will be mostly chilling at our hood or cruising around on our freetime. As a leftish gang, bossing is not our style. Everyone in the gang has rights to say his opinion in our CB channel.
Every member is equal and has 1 vote chance per polling. Leaders don't act like mafia leaders who orders their soldiers to die.

General rules
• Follow the main rules of Argonath RPG server (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=4222.0).
• Always respect our gang members and other players who deserves respect.
• Listen to the gang leaders, espicially when we are on an alert code.
• We will have some newbie members in the gang who are trying to learn RP, don't treat them like garbage.
• Do NOT attack any other group member unless you have permission from the leaders.
• Don't mix up IC with OOC and use brackets to separate them.
• Remember that we got rights to character kill you.
• Do NOT be on police duty when we are on action.
• Do NOT scam ANYONE in ANY case.
• Do NOT provoke gangwars.
Public chat and /report command regulations
• Avoid spamming and insulting in public chat.
• Don't be a public "chat rabbit." (Constant usage of it)
• Do not use /report unless the situation is related to /rules.
• Do NOT beg for money in ANY chat zone, ask to your leaders if you're really in need of it. Otherwise, earn it.
• If the rulebreaker is a member of a group, report them to their leaders with evidences, don't /report.
(This includes returning to fight after death, healing during fight, provoking etc.
Your evidences will be forwarded to rival groups' leader and actions will be taken.)
Important things that you should remember while RolePlaying
• Try to talk like a street gangster in character, but don't make your language a non-understandable shit.
• No leet language, smiles or shortcuts such as "lol" "wtf" "dunno" in character.
• Try to carry our gang weapons often, uber killing machines are not allowed.
• Drive realistic while not in a chase, follow traffic rules and go slowly.
• Don't hang around enemy turfs / police controlled zones.
• Try to RolePlay everything, go down to the every single detail.
• Avoid talking like a richass imperialist f**k.
• Don't pull weapons out of your ass.
Gangwar Rules
• Once a Gangwar starts, get cover.
• Don't take your weapon out of your ass, roleplay it.
• Fight realistic, don't run on targets head and bang his head with a combat shotgun.
• Try to not to die, if you're in low HP type /hurt, but don't get up until war ends.
• On the Drive-By's, don't shoot to kill unless you've been told so. Just make them run and have fun.
• Use our "Toys" list, to get information about which weapons you should use in which fight.
• You don't have to protect Top OG or OG, we're just leaders, not your owners. We'll fight together, die together.

We robbed small stores and stole radios from cars. When I was 18 i joined drug business. I made good money for selling drugs but I got jailed for 2 years because they caught me in possesion of heroin. My money was hidden in forest in abandoned shack. I bought small house in Los Santos and a car. I worked in pizza restaurant and had kinda peaceful life until my 26th birthday when I joined Black Panthers.

Write the story of your character: Born in May 7th in Bjelovar's General Hospital, Croatia. Had a pretty decent childhood. After basic education Quincy moved to Chicago, Illinois to attend college. Finished it with excellent grades. After a need for a job he got a job as a Judge in San Fierro. In 1991 when a war started in his country he returns to his homeland and fights in a Homeland war. After victory in Homeland war 1995 he returns to his house in SF and the next day when he comes back to work it turns out that he is banished from the SF court. He sold his big house in SF and moved to LS. He heard the word about the gangs in LS and he decided to join one.

Let me see. 80 PERCENT of the groups that lasted for more than 5 months, couldn't do even half of the job Wilson has done in 2 weeks. The important thing is not lasting long. I hope this sentence will be enough for these "OMG SHORT OMG IT WILL END SOON OMG" retards.

Diggy is new on the streets and is going to work hard to earn some respect. Because he knows respect is earned not given. Diz is young and black from origin. He likes to paint some arts on walls and is almost always wearing a grafity spraying can. Diz wants to become a well known grafity maker on the streets of Los Santos.

Diggy walked through the streets of Liberty city, as ussually.
He crossed over Avenue street 56th and looked to his right. He looked straight onto a big building. He looked up and readed a big sign saying 'Liberty City bank, Your cash is safe in our hands'. Dizzda could not hold in a little laugh. He continued his walk and walked a few streets further. He was in New Jerseys 20th avenue. He walked up to a old but nice looking house, when he arrived at the front door, he opened it with his key and stepped inside. Three or maybe four minutes it was silence in the street, but after three or maybe four minutes two men walked through the street, walking up to the same house. One man, later known as Chris Nelson, came in as first and greeted Diz with a friendly hug. The second man, later known as Kennedy Randall, walked in as last and closed the door behind him. He walked up to Dizz and greeted him aswell. Around five minutes later, they left the house and walked to the back of the house. They climbed over the little wall and behind the wall was a Car. They hopped inside the car and Diz drove them away from the house. Only a few minutes later they arrived at Avenue street 56th, the place where Diggy earlier that day laughed about the sentence on the building, Diggy parked the car properly at a parking lot infront of the Lliberty City bank. He nodded towards Kennedy and after that towards Chris. They both understood what to do. They grabbed each a little suit-case and they stepped out. Diggy turned the keys but let them into the ignition. He stepped out and walked towards the bank without looking backwards. He knew Chris and Kennedy walked behind him. He walked towards the door of the bank and stepped inside, Chris and Kennedy were following him. When they were inside, Dizz walked up to the desk while Chris and Kennedy both walked a side, one to the left, one to the right. Jason walked up to the lady behind the desk and started a talk with her while he was smiling. He looked back and nodded towards Chris and after it towards Kennedy. They both walked up to the desk and layed their suit-cases onto the desk. They opened it and grabbed both a MIC - MP5 out of the suitcase, aiming it at the lady. The following minutes were fast and not long after they aimed their guns at the lady they run outside with hurry and jumped into the car. Diggy drove the car away fast.
Diggy Simmons gave the money to his mother and left the country because of the FBI and the CIA.
Diz travelled over the world for one year.
He decided to move to San Andreas, to earn some respect on the streets of Los Santos and trying to make his kid dream true...

What is the purpose of using brackets during roleplay: OOC
Can you explain these roleplaying terms, IC and OOC: In character, playing your character ingame without using any information from OOC knowledges. Out of character, using brackets to tell things which have nothing to do with your IC game.

What does your character look like, identify verbally:
Diggy is new on the streets and is going to work hard to earn some respect. Because he knows respect is earned not given. Diz is young and black from origin. He likes to paint some arts on walls and is almost always wearing a grafity spraying can. Diz wants to become a well known grafity maker on the streets of Los Santos.

Write the story of your character:
Diggy walked through the streets of Liberty city, as ussually.
He crossed over Avenue street 56th and looked to his right. He looked straight onto a big building. He looked up and readed a big sign saying 'Liberty City bank, Your cash is safe in our hands'. Dizzda could not hold in a little laugh. He continued his walk and walked a few streets further. He was in New Jerseys 20th avenue. He walked up to a old but nice looking house, when he arrived at the front door, he opened it with his key and stepped inside. Three or maybe four minutes it was silence in the street, but after three or maybe four minutes two men walked through the street, walking up to the same house. One man, later known as Chris Nelson, came in as first and greeted Diz with a friendly hug. The second man, later known as Kennedy Randall, walked in as last and closed the door behind him. He walked up to Dizz and greeted him aswell. Around five minutes later, they left the house and walked to the back of the house. They climbed over the little wall and behind the wall was a Car. They hopped inside the car and Diz drove them away from the house. Only a few minutes later they arrived at Avenue street 56th, the place where Diggy earlier that day laughed about the sentence on the building, Diggy parked the car properly at a parking lot infront of the Lliberty City bank. He nodded towards Kennedy and after that towards Chris. They both understood what to do. They grabbed each a little suit-case and they stepped out. Diggy turned the keys but let them into the ignition. He stepped out and walked towards the bank without looking backwards. He knew Chris and Kennedy walked behind him. He walked towards the door of the bank and stepped inside, Chris and Kennedy were following him. When they were inside, Dizz walked up to the desk while Chris and Kennedy both walked a side, one to the left, one to the right. Jason walked up to the lady behind the desk and started a talk with her while he was smiling. He looked back and nodded towards Chris and after it towards Kennedy. They both walked up to the desk and layed their suit-cases onto the desk. They opened it and grabbed both a MIC - MP5 out of the suitcase, aiming it at the lady. The following minutes were fast and not long after they aimed their guns at the lady they run outside with hurry and jumped into the car. Diggy drove the car away fast.
Diggy Simmons gave the money to his mother and left the country because of the FBI and the CIA.
Diz travelled over the world for one year.
He decided to move to San Andreas, to earn some respect on the streets of Los Santos and trying to make his kid dream true...
