Title: MTA:SA Won't start up

Alright, so I'm trying to run this for the map editor. Whenever I execute the file the splash screen shows up, then goes away, and nothing else happens after that. I am also running in compatibility for Windows XP... As I have windows 7

Run as Administrator, that would solve it
