Hello, i have got a very nice idea: Recruit more admins.
What do you guys say? Im talking about recruiting like 10-15 more.

If managers choose to make a 3rd wave, it will come from the already exist applications.

No, there aren't. Proof of this? Admins take long to respond the report or they simply dont respond, specially those referin to carjack, ramming, DM or abuse. Most of them justify that they are busy, which most of the time is true but not always.
And the worse about this is that when they read the report(carjack, ramming, DM..), most of them say: I will keep an eye on him. Its hard that a person rulebreaks twice in a row. Thats why i say we need more admins, argonath doesnt loose much if they recruit admins imo.
so the main reasons are:
1. Have more eyes to watch the Dmers, carjackers ..etc at the moment of the rulebreak, not afterwards.
2. Respond faster the reports or atleast respond them.
3. Most admins say they are busy, so here we have another reason to recruit more.
Yeah, sure thats completly fine.

Admins are told that if they want to roleplay they must go on their non admin accounts, and that main accounts are only for admin job.
A few know and respect this, a few others do not.
Personally, whenever there are reports I try to respond asap when available.

I dont say you dont respond asap, but if most of the admins say: Im busy answering reports then why not recruit more admins?
And as i said, im tired of rulebreakers, that they dont get punished.

You only want them to recruit more because you want to be one.
There may be a new moderator wave soon, there may not, and their methods will remain secret to all us players, unless they deem it appropriate to tell us.
