The National Office Of Security Enforcement is a high-end law enforcement organization in Liberty City. NOOSE will continously work to uphold its skill and reputation in the Liberty City. NOOSE are always looking for new tactics and new recruits, think you can contribute? Check out the link at the bottom.

The objective of NOOSE is to ensure the safety of the residents of Liberty City through the following means:

• Working to stop the flow of illegal weapons in Liberty City.
• Working to stop sales of illegal drugs and narcotics.
• Catching and arresting low profile and high profile suspects.
• Patroling the streets of Liberty City
• Aiding other law enforcement agencies in various ways.

Is the IVMP server up or still under development? Incase if it's up I will install mine. Have it beside me.

The IVMP server is still under construction aswell as the IVMP Client which is still being updated and added to.
