are you allowed to sell someone's house if they have been banned for under 2 months?

The house owner must be away for at least 3 months, when the time comes, a manager will sell the house.
Reminding you that admins do not work on requests, by that I mean, do not ask them to sell it, or it wont be sold soon.

You hadn't used (entered) the house for over 3 months, it was automatically added to the inactive house owner list and admin sold.
