Title: Can't start SAMP.

Everytime i try to start game, a black screen comes out for half second then it disappear.
Then i opened task manger in same time that game is starting i saw that when i press "Connect" Gta_Sa or whatever starts in task manger list, after the black screen comes out the gta_sa disappear from itself from the task manger list.

OS : Windows 7
RAM : 2gb


First time to happen to me, I tried to reinstall SAMP but it didn't help.
And by the way, I was playing in game "SAMP" then i told my friend that i will restart the computer, After i restarted the computer that problem happened.

I ran 'gta_sa' in compatibility mode 'Windows Visa (Service Pack 2)', and the signal player worked fine but 'SAMP' still not working.
