There's one in the boat directly northeast of San Fierro and one in northwest San Fierro.

Honestly, I don't think they should be.
When I started playing on the server, I started as a drug dealer, growing/ordering drugs and selling.
And one of the funniest parts of it was finding new fields/spots, I remember how happy I was whenever I discovered a new one.
If I could have just gone to the wiki and see all of their locations, it just wouldn't have been the same thing.
