---- OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE COURTHOUSE OF VICE - CHIEF JUSTICE LEONARDO ----

Sorry for the huge delay to review your case, Mr. Rod. The oil spill that has hit Vice City 3 months ago was caused by an oil tanker, owned by an private company that has accidentally spilled up to 150.000 barrels of petroleum in the Ocean, the oil leak has been sucessfully contained but some damages to the marine fauna are yes, irreversible. That includes the death of thousands of fish, however, this is not the Government's fault, we did everything we could, the one who you should look up to sue is the private company responsible for the oil tanker. I can assure you that the Government will give you all necessary support to keep up an stable life.

(I made up this story because the evidence file link was broken, hope you don't mind.)

Signed, The Chief Justice of Vice, Leonardo

I kinda do mind but its my responsibility to keep the link open anyway.
if it says temporarily unavailable it can usualy be solved by reloading the link 2-3 times
anyway back to the case
The city was given funding from the state to contain this oil spil which was miss used resulting in a loss of my work
im asking for some compensation to keep my house from being reposesed at the fault of the city

From the desk of Court Council Swan to the house of Rod Wisdumb

Dear Mr. Wisdumb,
Of course,we respect your wish,to be able to return to your work as fisher, but You can't expect the government to disregard the Health of the people(Due to the Oil Flood)and rather care about the Jobs.It wouldn't be common sensed at any point.
I don't believe that you think otherwise. If you have no objections, then i request this Case to be closed, without consequence for the complainant and the defendant.

Signed,
Council Emre Swan

I'm not suing just because of the disaster. I am suing for funding that should have been used for that same safty of lakes rivers people and jobs alike. The city received funding to do this and failed to use it for the alocated purpose. Therefore I hereby object and continue in pursuit of this injustice being dealt with thoroughly.

Did this happen in-game or did he just make a thread asking for money?

I'm a little confused.

Re-upload the evidence link to be checked, or this case will be closed for no evidence provided at all that the state funds have been mis-used. The government has made all necessary fixes with the help of the oil company and the water is absolutely clean.

Case closed, no evidence that the government mis-used any single cent of the state funds.

You can lock this, Klaus
