Title: Rate the overall of the person above!

Avatar
Signiture
Respect
Reputation
Name
and so on..

Example:

Aksel posted a comment. I then post about him

Normal understandable way -
8/10

Or if you want to be in detail you can say -

Avatar - 6
Signiture - 7
Respect - 10
Reputation - 9
Name - 1

To
a) let the person above know what he needs to improve on
b) find the average of the rates that you gave for the person.

I hope this game is understandable, so lets get started!
