Title: Is this this Allowed ?

Well i got a Question,

If a players leaves a House or Bussiness unowned while they do or get something, is it allowed to the other player to go and own it ?

If the other player owns it and the current before owner ask's it back , Can he have it back or Does the new owner keep it ?

The moment you sell a house or bizz, you are no longer the owner.

Okay than, There Should be no more moaning or Complaining about Getting it back .
