There was one, marked by a player I forgot where they put it.

Weedfields: Flint, Bayside
Heroin: Gulucan turf ( East LS), and the Triads boat.

All I know. As I'm a law abiding citizen. :)

I also found that heroin looks like it has been made for perfect run! :D It goes like half-circle :D

Dude, this map is back from 2009! I created it! It haven't been updated, now go cry yourself or update it yourself instead of posting useless comments instead of reading the posts above.
