Title: Updated GTA IV, now my CD wont work..

Hi guys
I just updated my GTA IV to the latest patch..
But since then, my CD aint working..
I tried by going back to patch 1.0.4.0 still not working

Do anyone have a working NO CD crack for GTA IV at patch 1.0.7.0
I don't know if im allowed to ask for that here, since it just does so I don't have to use my CD. since I already cant use it..

I've seen legit copy users using a no CD crack. Never tried it myself though.
No, this is not the appropriate board, as Argonath doesn't support piracy talk. I'll PM you.

Gregersen its pretty hard. But Argonath doesn't support any kid of piracy.

You are allowed to use no-cd cracks if you got a legal copy of the game :)

If you had IV:MP installed, re-install whole game, and possibly create two versions, one for IV:MP and one for normal game? :D

Try to launch the game using launchgtaIV.exe (Description says securom ) instead of GTAIV.exe

But you need to use the GTAIV.exe to use IV:MP.

Gregerson, heres a problem I had with SA:MP. I could not launch it, the client did not work nor did the normal version.
Try making a NEW account on your computer, once you've done this you will find the launch file for GTA:IV in your program files. It may launch atfer this.
I had the same problem, waited almost 4 months to find a solution, eventually I found it myself.

Step by step:

• Make a new account on your computer.
• Log on to it.
• Go to your GTA IV directory in program files.
• Click on the launch icon for GTA IV.

It should then work... This is what I had to do with SA.  :D

Or just install it onto a different folder instead of the default directory. Credits to Gandalf from a problem I had with SA a while back. :devroll:
