Title: Gta sa cop lights, like gta iv lights ?

In gta iv you can choose between siren ans lights, or just lights. inn gta sa you just can start the siren with the lights. ELM is just flashing the front and back lights, nit the emergency lights ! is there a way to just flash the emergency lights without siren, or do i have to look for carmods wich have the emergency lights elm able ??? and is it able to get with SAAT different sirens between cop and medic ? so its not all the same !?

1. use F12 so you can use ELM with/without siren.
2. Siren shares same file,but theres Mod by "Mordecki" that able to use seperate siren,but i dont think its able to use in SAMP.

CLEO crashes in the current SA:MP version, that means that ELM can't be used now since it uses CLEO (can be used if you don't crash)
So no, currently you can't toggle yourself the lights or siren, only lights with siren

CLEO works fine for me? I used ELM last night.
