Hi dear SA players,
I dont know where i need to post is, so i try this way:
I have problems with starting my SA game. I have never had this problem, so i dont know what to do. Its not only the SAMP, but also my 'normal' version (SP). When i try to start a game (connect with SAMP or double click my SA game), he seams to start, but dont do a thing (the computer 'thinks' for a sec, but dont start the game)
So my suggestion is to restart everything, it means reinstall SA. But do i loose everything? I mean on my account i had like 400k, and thats not less (i want a home, so i collect some money :-))
My name is the same on the forum as i the game.
It would be nice when someone could help me! Ty alot!!

Your account is a profile, re-installing SA will not affect your money and stuff.
-
fieuw, that's cool.
my problem started when a friend of me intalled an other screen. He changed something with mHz or something like that. i put it back, so maybe there 's something wrong?

i hope it can be fixed that way, but i dont know how i need to start changing. If i need to start the game: i cant :-)
greetz and ty for the help!!

You probably mean that he changed your monitor refresh rate - this is the speed of your monitor.
The higher it is - the better it is for your eyes :)
So... go to your desktop, right click it, press properties.
Now go to settings, press advanced, press monitor.
Be sure to click on "Hide modes that this monitor cannot display" - it should be checked.
Try playing with the screen refresh rate...
Also, on the same window, you should see a button on the top called Troubleshooting.
After you've opened it, make sure that your hardware acceleration is at full...
Cheers and I hope this helps,

Check the system specs again of the game.

Did you look at "Troubleshooting" ?
That might be the problem.. :)
Also, have you installed your video card drivers? Do other games work?
