On the show it appears it's only Bear and his camera guy, but they have a whole crew (Man vs wild: behind the scenes (Real Footage) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qT6Bh3A0Fu0#)). Still kudos for eating stuff I wouldn't even touch :D

Hmm...Bear does a great work, he does 2 things in the same time: teach you some "how to" and eliminate the risks of that.
