As we have gotten support from most of the groups, 9/11/2010 is officially a CRIME FREE day.
That means the following:
All non-cop players will do their utmost best to obide the law. That means no killing, no ramming, no speeding, no baiting cops or shouting at them to get suspected.
In return all cops will be held strictly to their cop procedures and rules, and will be copbanned should they suspect people without reason.
So what to do if :
- someone DM's you : get attention of admins and try to explain the purpose of this day.
- you accidentally kill someone : go at once to the nearest police station. Cops shall jail those who come at once for no more than 15 seconds.
- you get invalid suspected : notify the admins or police officers. They will deal with it.
- you get suspected valid: Be ashamed, very ashamed.
- you kill someone on purpose: go and burn a Bible, Quran or whatever book your religion is (The Origin of Species of atheists).
So what to do on server ? ROLEPLAY!
Everyone will play a law-obiding citizen, and will try to follow the laws and make money that way. Leave your guns at home, if you die as cop do not re-duty but patrol without weapons.
So what do we remember ? 9/11 is an important day for the USA as that was the day they were attacked by the most famous terrorist attack to this date. It was not just an attack, the attack has led to many wars, killings and other terrorist acts.
The Muslim community has been affected by this, as people have started to mistrust them, and the war on terrorism has been used to take many liberties from people with regard to travel and privacy.
We should remember this day not as a fight against Islam, but as a fight against fanatics regardless of their religion (or none-religion). If we lose the ability to see others as humans and think of them as lesser than us, we become like the animals we think we are superior to.
This year the date 9/11 has a second, maybe ever greater, meaning for the Muslim community. They celebrate their eid, the end of the Ramadhan period.
I would like to wish everyone a good day, regardless if they are celebrating, remembering or just living their life as usual. And I hope all will be able to live a single day without the crime and killings.

( For the best, actually there shouldn't be cops with a lower rank then sergeant. This would decrease the ammount of suspects, alot! )
