The title speaks for itself.
My current forum signature isn't very good (I made it myself a while ago) and I think it's time for a change.
Contestants should post their forum signature designs here. I'll use the best one and reward the designer at least 100k. The reward will depend on how well designed it is. There may also be prizes for the people who have made a good effort but haven't won, as a way of encouraging them.
Requirements for this signature:
1. It isn't a copy of someone else's work.
2. It doesn't contain anything which really isn't to do with me (e.g gangs, cars, guns, etc).
3. The signature contains my name and position (SA:MP Scripter) as this should be personalised - there's no point in me paying someone to create something good if anyone can just take it and paste their name on it.

Davids signature is currently very unique.
I would suggest use the new samp feature of /headmove to an advantage in such case.
Make it a group entry - people lining up maybe, that was my main idea when I suggested, but that might be hard work, and the background may be hard to get.

Great effort but the colour is a little bit feminine and implies that I am always a fireman. I'm only a fireman when testing the missions.

All three look great, I particularly prefer the one with the stroke (second one). The colour scheme looks great. My only criticisms are that the bottom of the emblem isn't for me the best image. If possible, it would be cool if that could be changed to something else. Also I think it looks strange seeing "San Andreas" in that shade of red. What does it looks like in orange or some sort of colour that contrasts with the red?

Same sort of criticisms as above in terms of images. Also the colour and font of the text could be different.

well if you think with removing bottom of the emblem , boarders, ( that black lines ) i removed them :P also i changed the color, and make some new designs

The issue was the image on the emblem just underneath "A world of its own". I just think that for the signature it should be changed to something else other than some woman's ass.
Yes, I am aware that it's the official emblem.

I'm not too creative when it comes to art nor am i good at designing, although i thought i would give it a shot :) My idea is simple and to the point, i took the idea from your original signature.

( LOL i just realized how sloppily i cut out the characters, i would fix it right now, but i am tired at the moment :roll:, i will fix it in the morning )
I can take out the boarder, add new text or characters, new colors or what not. I know its nothing special, but i put some decent work into it.
( I think i will put three characters on each side soon, so i guess you can consider this version a beta, tell me if you like it or not so i know to fix it up and what not )

A good one would be for someone to include both his title, and some samp code.. with an area that signature will be showing random skins :) one after each other :P

Open a photoshop, make a copy of layer, use a magic tool on the left to highlight white thingy, click "DELETE" on keyboard, then remove 1st layer, click save as ".PNG"

Here is my picture for this "competition". :) It's larger than a signature, yes - but I will offer resizing to required height in case it gets picked. :o So I left it into it's original size here just for details to show better.
It took nearly four hours for me to make, and as you can see the main theme is a corkboard with notes, pins and photograph in-game. (Which can be changed afterwards, or course) As I don't know David properly and haven't been in contact with him, I had to use my imagination with this. :)
Hopefully David or atleast someone likes this. ^^ Thank you. - Skole

I have a strong though that he ment removing background from existing image/PSD. :o But otherwise you are right. :)
EDIT: Btw you can remove background from PSD files (for example if you've used File -> New) simply by deleting the lowest (usually white) background-layer.
And sorry for off-topic. :< Twenty, I just saw your animated signature from earlier page. I know how much time it takes to do something like that. :o It's beautiful! :) Good luck everyone, including me. :'D

Oww, thanks alot guys! :O Never thought that it would get so much attention. I have tried to use cork- and chalkboards before with Photoshop but this is the best of my attempts so far. :) So thanks guys for support, I've been browsing your works too, and after them, I wouldn't be so sure about my victory. :P
Designing on top of corkboard texture is really fun as it gives you freedom to add almost anything you could imagine. Photographs, stickers, stalpers, etc. Everything is still modifiable in the PSD, so if David or some one has some suggestions to make something better, go ahead. :)
In my opinion it still looks kinda, well.. empty in some parts and I'm not sure how it acts as 200 x 550 px signature. :\ So guys, keep your artistic results coming, I'm quite sure David isn't satisfied enough with this. :'D
And once again your comments and dtlove's PM touched and encouraged me. :) Thaaaanksie. And how about you, David..? ;)

Also added a few SAMP Script codes in the background.
And I took a picture of skin id 217, which has "Staff" on the back, to show that David is part of the Argonath Staff.

Well, when I look at that corkboard afterwards, it's not that hard to make. I'm not any professional designer and not worth hailing. :P Just find nice colours and main scheme, and as I told, it's really fun to start adding stuff into corkboard. :) Thanks alot for your comment, mate. (Hint: Pen-Tool)
And to Niko: You're right, but my "200 x 550 px" was just a example, as haven't been investigating maximum size here. ^^

I've always wanted to learn draw like that. :o I love the shadows and small details in both, hand and pencil. :) But in my opinion, later (digitally) added text doesn't seem realistic enough. There's some techniques how to suit and fit 'em to your drawn base picture. ^^ But still, very nice work and tere hommikust! :)

Its good for a beginner, my advice would be not to check all the effects boxes, just stick yo simple things, use inspiration, which will help a lot.
