Any size really, larger than 500 pixels at least. Type "Radio Logo" into Google images for some inspiration.

It's totally up to the designer, as long as it looks catchy and professional.

 :ps: Make sure it says Argonath Radio and not Argonath Government Radio. It will look a lot better with a minimalist design and too much text won't look good. :)

Allrighty, here goes my entry. You highlighted that we should make it simple enough, so .. here is something simple. Although I made it for 2 hours. :'D That image is just for preview, I have 300dpi accurate .PSD file with resolution of 3000 x 1750 px. So it can be used even in T-shirts and stuff. I personally think that the small star in the middle of bigger star-kinda thing is too much. But just tell me your opinions and they will be respected. As file is completely editable still, things may be removed/changed, etc. :) - Thanksie, Skole.

EDIT: I enchanced my previously made (http://i54.tinypic.com/w9tx20.png (http://i54.tinypic.com/w9tx20.png)) logo and replaced it with new one. :)

Thought I'd take a break from my studies to have a quick go (yes it was quick, if you decide to use it I can fix the quality/size/colours etc. with some more time).

It has a light gray tag on it wich makes it look ugly so its not even worth a try.

Hmm I guess so. BTW guys the type of logo I'm looking for is minimalist, simple and one that stands out. If you visit www.Argonath-Radio.eu (http://www.Argonath-Radio.eu) (don't forget the "-") and look at the favicon (the tiny website logo on the address bar) that I created, that's the sort of logo I'm after. Just plain and simple but stylish! :-)

Yes I saw the old topic but as there was no the clear task and it went inactive (or whatever), I do start the new topic...

We are looking for the Argonath Radio Logo/Icon

Size: 256x256 (standard)
Form: any
Background: transparent
Colours: Argonath theme (add: Argonath Multimedia (http://media.argonathrpg.com) theme).

For those who already participated in the old contest: you can edit your ideas to the parameters.

Please take a look on Google images for inspiration. We are looking for something simple but eye catching. Some good ideas were in the old topic, but the topic became inactive and so did I.

This is currently the best one we have from Skole. Good effort. Anyone think they can beat Skole? A new request is that the colour scheme should be orange-grey-white to match the website. Thanks for your efforts guys.
