well i instalid gta 4 ill soon join argo gta 4 server

But Is it ROleplay server
and cAN U go on freecop duty ?
and can anyone tell me some commands and stuff ?

Cool.

You can get a cop.. - /duty cop

There are alot cmds, alot of them are familiar to SA:MP :)

If you are interested in commands, type /commands in game. Simple as said.  :)
