Mulholland Commission is an legit organization making sure developement is done in the rich part of Los Santos. We make sure developement is done after accidents with vehicles and rain damages. We also make sure everyone in the area we cover is having a good time and enjoys living in our region. Our main intention is to increase the ability to receive work as a citizen of the United States of Argonath.
