A few minutes ago =AV=Dave tempbanned a few of my friends for 60 minutes for deathmatching.
Let me outline the situation:
We saw Eddie_Pulsaki was on the floor rping that he was injured (he had like 10HP), so we helped him. Me and Shockk_Corleone even roleplayed being the doctors aiding him because there were no medics online (we called 911 many times). We did a lot of RP with him but eventually we had to kill him (in fair RP way) because of something he did wrong.. because I was the one who killed him, I was the only suspect but everyone else who was in the RP was with me (apart from 2 who had to go).
So I am a suspect and a load of these cops are chasing me (some cops were at scene before Eddie was even killed), I was on my bike with Shockk_Corleone and another CM car was behind us. We went to Palomino to try to evade but the cops blew one of my tyres (I was on my bike), which made it impossible for me to use the bike. I got off my bike and tried to kill the cops as there weren't many cars near by and because of my superior shooting skills I knew I would be able to make at least a decent stance in getting rid of the cops. There were about 5 cops who we were against and all 4 of us started shooting at these cops.
2 minutes later =AV=Dave tempbanned all 3 of the other people for deathmatching. I argued with Dave and asked why the hell is that deathmatching, they were clearly with me right from the start and he said that it is deathmatching because they are not suspects.
This is clearly not deathmatching and this is =AV=Dave simply misusing/abusing his commands.

I would use another name topic but I am afraid that it will be simply locked and I will be told to post to [email protected]. This way I can clearly make sure that it is in line with the other topics as Gandalf has said that such topics will not be locked.

First of all please lets not make a habbit with posting these topics just because chuck norris made a mistake by posting a topic which caused an uproar..
second, after reading your side i do not see anything wrong done by you or your members, am no expert or nothing but if am with a friend and he's getting shot mind auto tells me to help them...as the saying goes: "a friend in need is a friend in deed"
but we shall wait for dave's side as we know most stories have 2 sides, so i would not like to jump into conclusion..
