Title: CS 1.6 not working!! :(

when im starting CS 1.6 it says
Fatal Error:
W_LoadWadFile: couldn't load gfx.wad
and it shut down
someone help with this problem?

Yes
CS 1.6 non-steam (steam sucks)
and it was working fine before.. i was joining in servers..

My CS is all fucked up, Like in the settings stuff, Instead of using OpenGL i have to use "Software" or something like that, and it sucks!
Gun is always to the left, can't change it to the right. the graphics sucks and laggs, and the aim is just shit.
