Right, Some of you may know, I run a small scale hosting company, Im thinking on hosting SHOUTCast's from our resellers, I know it can be done, But how, And the teamspeak (Which is not for me).
If anyone knows how, Then get hold of me on MSN, I dont think the owners would respect help being given here :)

You need a system running that is able to let players stream in with their headphone/microphone and enable it. It would cost alot of time but it is worth it
