Title: Strange windows

Hey. I had some issues with my SAMP moment ago. I reinstalled computer, and now i can play it normally. Anyhow, my windows are kind of strange?? (http://i54.tinypic.com/21enq15.jpg)

It is your GTA:SA/SA:MP, reinstall both. Windows does not cause in game graphics problems. If the error still applies, update your drivers, cause it might be the graphics card too.
