I see this server became so shitty (Note the fact I'm not saying that this server IS SHIT and you have to leave it, just that it's going towards the direction) with all theese new regulations and changes in admin team, and changes in overall and such. Saying that as a player who's been here actively since 2008 May till January 2009, and played now barely a week.
What was before:
Barely anyone got called "moaner" or someone said "stop moaning" or even used the term "moan". People actually HAD fun. Even whole cop force wasn't as bad, including freecop abuse. Loads of admins everywhere, helping players to play freely, without rulebrakers and hackers. There were a lot less arguments about "Cops/Criminals will have more/bigger advantage then criminals/cops!!! OMG!". There were a lot less fights between eachother on forums in total. There were no topics about "Where the f**k did RP go?" "No Force RP" and that shit. Regulars actually HELPED newbies. Thanks to help of regulars, freecops abused a lot less, believe it or not. There were a lot less arguments with cops vs criminals. Less cophunting, and actually a lot more RP.
What we all have now is completely opposite.
You might want to say I'm stating the Obvious, and should be promoted to Captain rank, but if you say so why the f**k you're not willing to change something?
The current state of SA:MP Community suits you that much? You like all this fighting, ranting, trolling, moaning? You like to play with rulebrakers? You like to have no fun at all, and play this game just to be? You don't want to know, or even think about "Where the f**k did RP go?"
Well, let me tell you something.
Are you ready for it? Now, here it goes.
Then stay as you f**king are, and go on with your shitty attitude to make community degrade even more and sink with the amount of non-experienced newcommers, rulebrackers and moaners.
It's not someone's particular fault, or some particular group, which made this server just like it is today. It's everyone's fault. Every single soul in this realm has actually had influence towards the server.
Well, if you don't want to improve this community and let it stay like it is, then press on the cross to close the tab in your browser, or close the browser at all, i have no idea how you use it so...

Right now I'm going to explain some bitter points that irritate me the most:

1) Moneyhungerness.
What the flying f**k? You think your precious money ingame actually makes your penis grow bigger, or girls start to like you more, or that you're being more respected in real life? You think that you're "Tha cool guy over the Net"? That you're someone really important within community?
About important within community, well, you can actually be important with a lot of money within community, just that so others can expect you give money to them. The end.
I mean, seriously, if you think about your precious pixels on the screen that much and that every dollar makes you a big grin on your face and makes you feel happier, then you have some serious social problems and should turn off your PC and go outside, and try to socialise a bit. This game is nothing more than fiction, your imagination, why then you think it's worthy your time, getting the money? Businesses? Houses?
(Wanted to say about weapons, too, but thought since they don't cost alot, why bother?)
And how does that make you feel better, that you own some pixels on a server, which is most probably located 1xxx km off your house? Having a house: only advantage of having it is /load command.
Having a business: getting those still precious pixels.
Having a car: Well, good point, everyone needs a car now that there's a not-so-but-still-new vehicle system. But 1 car is more than enough, if you want to afford one.
You see, that ain't big advantages towards others. But people still ask: Why bothering about cash?
Now look over here: Would you give 1300$ for a simple /me gets cocaine and starts using it straight away? Or would you simply give 30000$ to someone who sold you a non-existant game-wise ancient coin, while RPing a person who is a coin collector?
The thing is that people tend to have something which they can use in game and pay money for that only. Most people also doesn't do a f**k untill they hear the catchy phrase "You'll get money". Asking, for what? For those f**king precious pixels!

2)1) Moaning
By having a simple look on the SAMP General board and all those topics about moaning and shit. Wait, really? Moaning?
Do you actually know what moaning is? Gee, there was even a topic about it! (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=60676.0). Well, guess what, I'm going to post this once again, in this opening post, so maybe now you'll f**king see:
Asking question = / = complain = / = moan
Discussion = / = complain = / = moan
Argument = / = complain = / = moan
People will now think: "f**k, he stating obvious again? He thinks we're stupid or......"
Well, I'm sorry to say, but it seems most of people do have some understanding problems. Just the day before yesterday a group of people were talking in public chat about cops having quite unfair disadvantages towards criminals. Guess what? Some random regular ( I think you might even call him a veteran ) (Oh, by the way, the golden rule: No names here) stepped in (He was on cop duty then, so it was pretty obvious answer) "Quit moaning". What the f**k? Having a discussion about cops having unfair advantages, even if there aren't/are, is moaning??!!?
What more stunned me that a moderator said something like "That's right, quit moaning or you'll get punished for it".
And an example from forums. Just read last couple of pages about Funny Chatlogs in SAMP. Everyone were talking about how people became unfunny on Argonath and don't have a sense of humour anymore. Then this guy comes out of nowhere and says:

WHAT THE f**kING CHRIST IS THIS?
THERE IS A RULE ABOUT FREEDOM OF SPEECH. AND SINCE NOTHING IS WRITTEN IN ARGONATH RULES ABOUT DECREASING FREEDOM OF SPEECH, EVERYONE CAN EXPRESS THEIR f**kING OPINION.
If i f**king find that guy who "presented" argonathrpg the term "moan", even if it's the damn owner of server or one of my closest friends, i swear i'll take a gun and blast his balls off then let him eat it so he can understand what he has done wrong.
Okay, i'm a bit cooled. Lets continue on forward.

2)2) Arguments
I am going to write this shortly, since I haven't seen a lot of examples, or forgot about them.
Lets just say, whole arguments on Argonath start with:
1:Jesus, they removed X again, why is that?
2: Because w, d ,t ,r, z.....
1: wtf that is stupid, put back now
2: why?
1: COZ THIS IS STUPID, PUT IT BACK.

3) Public chat
To keep long story short, everyone, instead of actually playing and doing something in the server, including most of ARPD and admins, are standing idle on Pershing Square and talking over /p. Just yesterday during ~80 people on the server the spam of /public channel was so immersive i couldn't even read lone CitizenBand radio messages.
Instead of standing around pershing square like a dick, go and do your work on the server. Have no work and you're a poor hobo? Go and beg for money, that's hobos job. Have spare time off work? Then team up with your friends online and go hang out and have some fun, like a plane race or go for a picnic. Have no friends online? Time to make some. Still don't have friends? Create a RP situation and handle it correctly. Noone actually cares what you type on /p and therefore you might be talking to yourself. Unless you're annoying.

4) Player base.
4)1) Newbies
Only a handful of individuals actually come up and achieve something on the first days on the server. Those individuals, who already had experience in Roleplaying or RPG in overall. As for those, really green rookies who end up getting in our server first, get from little to no support from /p at all.
You will say: This is for guys who /hduty. Well, listen here. It has come to 4 days constantly when I actually saw 1-2 or no people on helper duty at all. While newbies were breeding out, noone ever helped them or actually cared about. Who cares, they're just newbies, everyone of us were and they'll become just as we are today. That's what most of people think, but as you know, most of people playing SAMP are not too good at English, may not be experienced with the Internet or simply shy asking for help. Think about it. The rest is too obvious to post.
4)2) Too less admins
Quite common when you can see 1 admin, and 1-2 moderators on evenings with players up to 120. A bit uncommon when you see only 1 admin online and 1 mod, a bit rare when you see only 1 mod online. With players up to 120. Do you see where I'm going? This server needs at least half more experienced admins to be present at various times. Or maybe i'm just too unlucky.
4)3) Freecops.
Damn I was waiting to express this. I will give you some examples of how freecops rule the server
Situation 1:
After I got my Sultan from Verdant Bluffs and wanted to park it at somewhere else, ended up going to take money from ATM. I forgot to /carlock, and was busy talking in PM, when a freecop passes me by (I was now near the ATM at the City Hall), shoots my front left tire with his awesome Deagle, then jacks me out and drives somewhere towards Conference center district. Then I take my needed money from ATM and start calling 911 about the situation. To my amusement ( I still find it funny to myself ), another, pretty intelligent freecop passes by and says to me "f**k you", to which i did /me nods. After that ( he seemed to notice I'm talking on my phone to 911 ), he suspects me for Prankcalling LSPD and shoots the f**k out of me with his even more awesomely Deagle to death. Conclusion: Got my money, lost my car and weapons.
Situation 2:
After some rough up, driving to GS9 to refill my car. Stopped my car near LSPD to talk in Cb, and then, when getting out of the car, some random freecop suspects me for shooting. If not for admins online, i swear I'd scream over /p about how sad his childhood was and other flaming shit I'm not so good at. So i just came up to another freecop and did /hail 2. Then I told both of them that I'm talking to admin in PM. I actually was trying to get someone to help me. After that this 2nd freecop I approached to was a nice fellow and listened to my whole situation, believed me (oh thank god that works nowadays), jailed me and refunded me with 200$.
The problem with freecops is that barely anyone gives a pretty damn what are they doing on the streets, the SAPD officers about freecops I mean. Except for regulars/veterans who are freecops, every other freecop simply takes his handy copbike/copcar, lets the gates be opened and go on suspect hunt. With this new policy "/gu and ask for investigation" I achieved from little rant about it over /p to nothing but get still f**king shot down even when i was /gu and cuffed. And still lost my weapons.
What even more is emberassing that admins, after saying the code phrase "/gu and ask for investigation" simply ignore you and go up on another report. I think if they tried to actually spectate the situation, then interfere into it and tell freecop the basics, what to do and what not and they'll get punished for, the situation would actually be atleast half better.

So, where did RP go? Well, it went nowhere and it was really nothing. You are just not doing it. Not doing it right, atleast. Pretty simple, eh?
Here where moneyhungryness comes. People tend to do something FOR something, in this case some services for money, but since people are, again, moneyhungry, they won't like to do any shit within roleplaying terms unless they apparently get paid.
Also, not so long ago I was on a hitman contract. Came up to my prey, which didn't suspect me as a hitman. I told him/her about that he has price on his head and that I offer him choice about paying me the double and letting him/her alive. What do you think did she/he do?

The hitman contract on xxx has been terminated, killing them now is now DMing.
Just f**king think about what you can do and what not in real life, It's true this aint reallife roleplay but who the f**k wants to play with a guy with superhuman strength? People usually roleplay to represent some role as he would represent IRL. If you're currently a businessman, you won't f**king be Hulk and tear apart towns if someone makes you angry.
This is where part 1 of my soul cry ends. I'll try to tell the rest tommorow. As for now, read this again if you didn't understand some points, and f**king think about how the f**k you should change about yourself so you could change this community into a better stay. For everyone.
P.S: I'm not trying to make this into another rant topic. I wrote all this just so people would understand that community is wrong and should change into something better, because it can.

The problem is how the "newer", so-to-speak, generation of people misunderstand and abuse things Gandalf/Aragorn say. For example no forcing roleplay - it's not "PLZ NO WANT 2 RP WITH U EVEN THO I ON RP SERVER I HAV BETTER THINGS 2 D0" it's "Hey, I have to go sell my house to xx, can we resume this kidnapping in a few minutes?" or "Officer there's a DD going on can we do this traffic stop quickly?"
Also, how people are able to get away with things without punishment and take advantage of it.
