I recall giving orders at one time to Gulucans and Corleones who were present on the server not to deathmatch (as I was present after a Corleone-Gulucan shootout), but Remo took a bunch of his members and DMed a group of Corleones.
Don't give bullshit that you didn't read public chat. If an admin uses it to give a warning and you disregard it, then you can be punished for ignoring admins in addition to whatever rules you broke.
All the time I see from this group constant deathmatching... and why did I decide to post it here instead of talking in private? Maybe it would make a more profound impact on those involved if everyone knew about it.
Another thing, the leadership quality is also poor. Yes, I am talking about Remo. If you are even a half decent leader then I shouldn't be seeing DM reports from near and far about your group. A group with efficient leadership has efficient control of its members.
Lastly, your "HQ" has been Araatus property for a very long time... and the group still exists on the server- technically you are tresspassing on their property, as it is not yours. Yes, I do know you had properties set there... which I see as inappropriate.
Stop the constant deathmatching and cop hunting... do not wait for the time when the entire group is banned from the server.
Don't say there is no positive outcome from this post... I pointed out problems that could be fixed.

Anyway, he doesn't necessarily understand the full restrictions on DMing because he has no idea what the fuck anyone is saying when they tell him about them. For example, when they did attack Corleone, they believed that the previous wars and reputation were viable reasons, as they were not told (or they did not comprehend what was said) otherwise. Either we need a Turkish speaker or someone to follow this guide (http://www.wikihow.com/Communicate-with-a-Non-Native-English-Speaker), otherwise Gulucan is not going to get any better.

In relation to what cofiliano had mentioned, your invasion of ARC has not gone un-noticed. If attacks on the remaining members of Araatus continue it will not only be Gvardia who feels the need to intervene. I do not enjoy pulling my group into conflict but I'm afraid that out of respect for Araatus we will be forced to do so if you keep it up.

He and several 'brothers' of his has been doing this for more than a month, exploiting a certain bug while no admins were online or did it and leaving immediately after that. His actions has netted him roughly $2million in exploited cash during that month. As a result from this investigation, Remo was banned for this and we removed roughly $20million worth of assets and cash from his account.
Let this be a reminder for anyone reading this: If you are doing this, expect yourself to be banned permanently and and your account(s) cleared.

Also I was laughing on the floor from something new I heard about Gulucans:) Especially Shooting AV and WS and shouting : WE ARE IN THE WAR! in fact this made me fall on the floor, I hitted my floor with my head and also while I were laughing I striked my table by the leg so notebook falled down and calapsed But anyway. While you are in bar or anything drinking beer and chilling? And by the way those kidnappings/bank robbing are hilarious in my opinion. What is reason robb bank take hostage and ask more money from cops, this shows you're actually only cophunting, or trying allure cops and spawnkill them. To help you live longer in argonath and gain respect faster, if you robb bank for example just for Role Play. Don't hire fake hostage and use ad to gain cops attention.

Well, Yesterday on a DD event Vortex shot down my car even before the event was started, I reported him for DM, No one cared, Then after the event was done, He came and killed me. Probably because he was mad at me when i sent some of my friends after him, So i reported him once again, And no admins answered or looked in the Report, So i decided to just let it go, Then some other guys came and killed Rint (My boss) and also DMed Jamal (Another one in Colombo) And then we went after them and killed them all, But then this Vortex started to talk bullshit about us. So i'm just glad that he got banned from the server.

Well, Yesterday on a DD event Vortex shot down my car even before the event was started, I reported him for DM, No one cared, Then after the event was done, He came and killed me. Probably because he was mad at me when i sent some of my friends after him, So i reported him once again, And no admins answered or looked in the Report, So i decided to just let it go, Then some other guys came and killed Rint (My boss) and also DMed Jamal (Another one in Colombo) And then we went after them and killed them all, But then this Vortex started to talk bullshit about us. So i'm just glad that he got banned from the server.

Back in the days of the Remo ruling, due to his rather poor and basic english, it was hard for my group to support it like we did to other groups such as Luciano. Since we are much more able to communicate with you, Shikamaru, the offer is still up. Financial support, advice regarding leadership, grabbing you guys an HQ (other than AR complex :lol: ) and maybe an alliance if things go good are some things that might go on.

I've been in this topic for one'n a half hours now with my phone. It is 65 pages. 63 of the pages was people blackpainting Gulucan mafia.
I've even done more horrible things in real life than gulucan have done to themselves.
Yes, I am christian. And I can find at least 4 pages in the bible where it is written that you are gonna forgive people for their mistakes.
But, the first ting you did when you saw this topic wasnt wishing Gulucan "welcome back and good luck", but blackpainting them instead. I cant imagine the pain to carry through the whole life for blackpainting a group that is even in game. But, one thing is for sure. They have feelings. Just like everyone else.
Today I was flamed on teamspeak. Because I live on a institution. 49 miles away from my parents, family, friends, girl and even my dog. I haven't seen them in a half year. God how much I miss them. The only thing that saved me from suicide and the pain was Argonath.
And what are you guys doing? Sitting here and blackpaint Gulucan.
I've even seen a clan that was created by a guy that missed his dad.
Every single word that is a verbal attack against Gulucan goes right into their hearts.
But, your opinion is probably something like "pffft..! It's a game! I dont give a shit about their feelings. Juno' I will never see or meet them again". But, 1 out of 6 billions people you met in this world was me you met. And the day you hurt me will you probably leave me alone. But, if you ever meet me again. What would you do? Act like nothing happened, leave, continue flaming or simply say sorry? I would say sorry. Because even how hard I hurt that person, I can sit left on this forum with the great feeling of getting forgiven.

The same goes to Gulucan. I hope that you can sit in front of your screen with the great feeling about putting the past behind and start on new tracks.

Born in Los Santos, I was accustomed to lawfulness. I lived with my parents, who were between upper and middle class, who had jobs they actually enjoyed. I had done very well in school and was rarely punished by my parents. That was, until I turned 12. That very day I turned 12, I ran away from home. Why should I? Corrupt cops came in without a warrant and took most of our belongings. I couldn't take it, as I was so used to such a perfect little area. While I ran away, I found out what happened in the outside war. People die, drugs are used, people shout, people fight, people die. Those three months were the worst of my life. In those three months, I could have killed someone. Or better yet myself.
As Christmas approached, I though it was time to go back home. But I didn't. I thought, why should I ruin their f**king Christmas. Instead, I went to my old Grandfather's house. I respected the old man, not for the cash he has and the gifts he sends off, but for how he has treated me. The man has never raised his voice at me once, or even laid a hand on me. I knocked upon his door, and when he answered, he picked me up and hugged me. It was 4 years since I had last seen him. When he picked me up, it felt like I had first met a new father. He took me in and asked why I had come alone. I explained to him, detail by detail.
"I ran away from home."
"Why," he asked.
"Well, I had a good life, never went under a mile from home. Cops kicked down our door and stole some of our belongings. After my parents asked if they had a warrant, they laughed and drove off. "It's alright, I'll let you stay," he said.
For the next 2 and a half years, everything was good. He gave me money to buy whatever I wanted. On my way to the grocery store, a bunch of kids came up and hassled me, wanting my money. After bluntly refusing and trying to walk away, one of them had dove on me. They dragged me into an alley and attempted to empty my pockets. The alley was shadowed, hidden from any public view, had full trash cans full with litter. I used the litter and filthiness to my advantage. As they dug in my pockets, I reached for a broken beer bottle and stabbed it into the boy who was on top of me. That was the first person I had ever killed. He had a pocket knife; a large one. I took it, stood up, got my money back, and began stabbing at the other kids, driven mad. They ran off, and I walked out bruised. I came home to my grandfather.
"Did you get anything," he asked.
"No," I said, looking down on the ground.
"What's wrong," he asked.
"Well... How can I explain? Well, I killed someone tonight."
"What! You killed someone, took their life," he had yelled at me. That was the first time he ever yelled at me, yet alone any one.
"Well, they tried to take my money," I said. "I stabbed one with a broken bottle."
That's when he began packing a few bags. I thought he was leaving. That was the worst assumption I could have ever made.
"Get out of my house," he said, with a distinct fear for me. He glared at me, like he wanted me to die. "Get out, and don't you EVER come back to this god damn house!"
"But gramps..." I was scared of him. He was scared of me. It's like a toddler looking in the eyes of a rattle snake. Both of you are scared. That's when he picked me up and threw me out.
I went somewhere far from town. Beyond any hopes of civilization. I wanted to die.
The area was woody, foggy, and had a lake. A very shallow lake it was, probably about 7-10 feet in depth. There was an over hanging tree there too. I dug through my bags my grandfather had packed me. He had actually given me a tent, enough food to last me a week, at least 500 dollars, and clothing. I thought, this is where it ends.
As I packed, I was wondering where I was headed. It has been 7 years since I got kicked out. I managed to live off the money he had given me, rationing it for when I needed it. I was a very skinny man. I was on the verge of dying. I had walked my way into a huge city known as San Fierro. A man had come up, given me his hand, and said, "Come."
I took his hand, smiling for the first time in those 7 years. He took me in his car, and took me to his place. I asked for his name. He told me he was Remo. When we arrived, he invited me to eat.
"Best f**king meal I have eaten in 7 years," I said.
"Good stuff, isn't it," he said.
"Hell yes, it is. So why are you doing this," I asked.
"Well, you need to get a life for one, with all due respect. And the other thing, I need to tell you something.
"What is it," I asked.
"Do you know of Gulucan?"
"No sir, I do not," I said.
"Well, it's an organize criminal group. I'm pretty sure you're well aware of what they are. If you join, I will grant you all of the gifts of life, the gifts you were never given in the past."
It was partially a lie what he had said, but I didn't care. I just needed a life.
"I want you to join," he said, "I want you to join and be able to kill, to be able to handle the corrupt society we know as today."
I was dumbfounded. I stared. I gaped.
"The first time I killed was when I was 15... I can't do it again"
"You can," he had told me, "trust me, you just can."
He held his arm out to me. I stood up, took it, and my current life today is as fine as it could ever be.

When Hamit arrived to Los Santos he contacted one guy english friend called Jay Stan asking for help. That guy was a member of Gulucan Mob, one of the most dangerous and respected mobs in entire Los Santos and asked Hamit if he wanted to help him out in Gulucan.

I suggest you screen your members better, and enforce stricter disciplinary standards. As an Admin, I can still see the constant rulebreaking from some of your junior members, and the only way to redeem yourselves from your past bad reputation is to cleanse Gulucan from such acts. I hope you appreciate my point here.
