Title: Need Licenze Help

i have searched forum about IV:MP Rules to take test for licenze and passport but don't found nothing about that rules .... can some1 help me send me topic link PM please, or post here i want passport licenze and car   :bow:  And Sorry if i have mistakes :D [English] :|

Hey Lumixa, welcome to the forums. :)

We do not have License System at the moment, and the Passport system exists, but I'm not sure yet is it in use. Therefor you dont need an license or passport to buy a car.

In fact, we do have a licenses system.
Please use the driving school topic to apply for one.
