My discovery:

If you have ELM v8.5.2 or ELM v9.1 do /getin to the Artic1 trailer, the standard semi trailer. not the hopper ar tanker trailer, and ELM works for the trailer! It can be seen and stay on at night when your in or used /getout of the trailer.

Admins can can reset a car, or managers that do a total vehicle reset can't fix it unless doing a server restart.
