Well, I have CLEO 4, just installed everything and such. It says "The ELM are now installed. Please ensure you have CLEOv4 and GTA version 1.0 otherwise the game may crash on loading. Downgrade patch in the readme.txt."
Only problem, I have 1.0 and CLEO 4 but as sooon as I join I get spammed with Exception Errors and then crash almost instantly. I'm running Windows Vista and other CLEO mods are working fine such as Snow FX.
Be advised, when you see me IG, it problably isn't fixed as I'm taking it out right now.
