#1 Buy tools at a payNspray or some other shop for 1-3k
Fix car at your prop and spend maybe 50$ on parts.
#2 car you own you can change spawn. Maybe if placing it anywhere is a bad idea then once again only at you're own property. This way every car you own starts in youre drive way if you choose
If there are any scripting difficulties i could gladly send anyone the cmds to explain how to do this

The first idea could be done as like someone could use the </c repair> command anywhere if tools have been bought. Only problem is people would be repairing non-stop and it would kind of ruin car chases. The other way would be to make the </c repair> command work at your house like it would with the PnS if you owned the tools. But I'm still not sure about if that would be good or not
The second one I personally don't like. That's because I've always been a fan of static spawn locations for cars.

/c repair is alrdy a cmd used by payNspray
The thing is some ppl like me are ubsesive compulsive and like to have there car look shiny all the time
maybe you can set parking lots as the only place or prop
theres also the possibility of if you're wanted "Cannot repair car""not enough time"
not enough time meaning the cops would get you b4 you repair
of course it would have2b instant because wating 20 minutes to repair is dumb but as far as rp it makes sens
as for the spawns I think ppl should b able to control where cars they own start off
even limiting it to you're prop with something similar to /c spawnprop :war: :war: :war:

Honestly I like /c repair why change it? why make it too much a RPG?VCMP isn't serious if u want to go to SAMP

I remember you telling me this in the server and it doesn't sound bad (especially the repairing idea).
If it was to be added, there would have to be a time within which the car would take to get repaired. So say you have to keep the car from getting further damaged during the repair time - to avoid ruining chases etc.
