how do i get a passport????????????????

Go In game (SA:MP I suppose) and type /passport.

All is explained in the given command.

In short:
1) Play for seven days on this community
2) Learn the Argonath RPG rules and conduct (etc...)
3) Take the test once you've learned

The final test which will grant you a passport(if you pass). You will be a full citizen of this community.
