Title: Having problems with SA:MP

Okay guys, I need help. I recently installed a siren mod to GTA SA But this had messed up some sounds such as the helicopter noise and Braking, So i uninstalled the game. Re-installed and now i Re-Install SA:MP and I get a Crash, Here is what it says :

Delete GTA san andreas user files map in ''my documents'' or get it away from there. then try again. might solve it
