Title: EXTREME lag while idling

When I stand still - car, on foot, anything... I get this VERY INTENSE lag that makes it hard to type, or even start moving again. When I move, it's instantly gone.

Any ideas why? I just reformatted, so I'll run a test run again later to see if it still happens.

And is it just me? That's what I REALLY wanna know.

When you stand still for some time, SA:MP starts playing an idle animation. This may be the cause, try defragmenting your disk.
You can test if a similar lag occurs when you start any kind of animation

Speaking of which, my disk was highly fragmented, but I just CBA to defragment it.
