I think we already know to get out of a freaken building when on fire..

You won't necessarily be prepared for it. Under the conditions you would be in in a fire, I would find it hard for anyone to think correctly. Smoke invading your oxygen, Fire itself, heat, panic, not to mention worrying about other things burning, or other things in general, would be very nerve wracking.
