Title: SAMP crashes, and graphics fucked up

My GTA SA crashes every time i open  it, i dont know whats happening.

And even when it doesnt crash, graphics are fucked up, pedestrians are like "bags" , and some "color" error pops up. I have windows7, help please

Specs.. please. If you want help take your time and write up what's actually happening and what your computer is like. "Fucked up GTA" and "Windows 7" don't help much.

Run both SA:MP and GTA SA in Compatibility with Windows XP SP3.. hope that helps.

My SAMP runs good. But my brother's SAMP doesnt... His computer is newer and even better then mine.
