Tried Re-installing,checked whether you didnt delete any of the SA:MP files?
-
Actually I didn't, give me a sec, I will re-install SA, and SAMP.
-
Didn't work.
-
Add SA:MP to your Firewall expectations.
-
Same results! :(
-
run as admin, and the same with your GTA SA

Do you have a router? If you have it, what kind of router do you have? The router can block the SAMP client to access the Internet.
Or is it your firewall who blocks it without your knowing.
I would recommend to try to turn off every firewall you have etc and try.

My router is ASUS, I have to Portforward?

You shouldn't have to put forward really, I have used different routers through the years and I havn't needed to portforward.
Only if I would host a own server, for example a SAMP server, I would have to port forward that port in the router and open it.

Try to uninstall SA:MP and delete all files that is for SA:MP. Then goto My Documents > San Andreas User Files. There, remove the SAMP folder
then install SAMP again

It works now!
How? I uninstalled the AV (ESET), & SA:MP, then I installed SA:MP again, without the AV.

I guess the problem is solved, lock the topic :)
