Right. I've got two GTX460s in SLI, GTA IV only detects one of them's ram and so I can't whack up the draw distance which is an annoying bugger. I've tried the method with the .txt file but that did sweet FA. Updated to version 1.0.7 etc. etc. Rest of my spec is:
Asus X58 Sabertooth
i7 950@ 4ghz
Mushkin Radioactive 6gb 2ghz tripple channel ram
Asus DirectCU GTX460 SLI (850 core, 1900shader 2300 ram)
Corsair TX-750 PSU
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb
Win7 Ultimate 64 bit.

I read about that... it's some issue with SLI Bridge (or smthn )

Hmm no it's not. It's poor coding from Rockstar's side, unfortunately. Thank God I tested the game before spending

Hi Todor,
Does GTA IV use all of the cores of the I7?
Happy Gaming!

I don't think it's relevent whether it uses all of the cores.
Todor, I have the same problem with my 5970. I get like 70 FPS on GTA IV (on max) and that's the same as one 5870 which means that it's only using one of the GPU's. I haven't bothered trying to find a fix because it doesn't bother me that much (I don't play IV at all anymore).
