So today i turn on my PC and download fallout new vegas, i play it for a while and i then decide to play Argo, i start samp and try to conect to the server, this is what happens. Connecting to 178.63.52.144:7777
then below that. The server did not respond, retrying. After this i uninstalled new vegas, restarted the computer over 7 times. Im at my wits end, i have no idea what to do! Oh and before you say it i have tried opening my firewall and all my port settings are what they used to be!

Make sure you have 0.3c, the newest version.

Downloading 0.3c it now, i was using 0.3b
