Yes, It's an bannable offense.
All transactions in real life which aim to trade in-game items with real life, for something other, are not allowed.

I was not reffering to real life money, just money in other games .. but i guess is kinda the same thing.
Thanks for the fast answer.

That's NOT allowed in any way.

so am i correct to assume the following, you can not trade VCMP money for SAMP money in both ARGO servers

That is allowed as it is within the same community.

Couldn't you just coincidentally give a gift of argo money and recieve a gift in another game from the person you gave the first gift to? ;)

^This.
I understand that trading for RL money isn't allowed (Duh).
But like, if someone gives a friend on SAMP 20k, for (lets say) This and This in Runescape/WoW/Minecraft/Gmod etc. it can get you banned?

I don't see why that would be against the rules, as long as it's obvious that you can't complain if someone scams you (as in, you do it at your own risk). Real life money is a no no, though - inb4 silly lawsuits.

I don't reckon it's disallowed and I've traded MTA:VC money for SAMP money (and vice versa) a few times myself.

I do not think it should be allowed even within the community, some servers it is easier to make money on etc, and it opens up more ways to money hack.

It's allowed. Anyone saying it isn't needs to provide a quote to prove so.
