I've seen the following act from the Argonath Constitution broken numerous times:
>Act XIII.V: No citizen is allowed to attempt to help a law enforcer if he is not a law enforcer on duty himself.
Just to remind people that if you are not law enforcement, you should not try to help them. You may mean well, but you are breaking Argonath Law.
Don't have heated arguments here please, take it to PM. This is also on the ARPD forums. ;)

Simple English version of this act: Wanna help cops - be a cop.
-
I have seen this aswell, like medics ramming suspects car etc.

Firemen helping cops by spraying suspects............................... ......................

Its nice to see its not just me noticing
I just wanted to remind people, as when I decided to be a criminal for a day, I had random civilians ramming me to help the police. If there is no RP reason for it, then don't do it. By trying to 'help', civilians make it more annoying for criminals, and harder for cops, E.g. 1. Cop accidentally shoots civilian and gets moaned at through PM. 2. Cop dodges civilian car, and is killed, after hitting a tree.
