| 28th Blocc' Thug's were founded in 1959 in the Pico Union area, at Los Angeles. The gang grew bigger and bigger, and now got territories in 8 places in United States of America. A part of this street gang moved to Los Santos with the founders of the 'part', Marius Scott, Jason Wade and Jacob Vegas. They got in Los Santos 6th January 2011. This street gang got spotted in Jefferson, near a lot of other dangerous gangs. They're reppin' the white, black and brown colors and doing alot of diffrent illegal dealings. Some members of this street gang got arrested and got to High Facility Prison in Mordor for ten years each, for dealing with drugs, guns and attemped murder. There's something special with this 28th Blocc' Thug's, they're reppin' colours. Normally 28th Blocc' Thug's aren't having any colours, but this ones got and the reason of having the colours ''White, Black and Brown'' is still not known. IC Story: The old one: Flint County, 1980. I was young, i remember, i was living in a small farm located Flint County, near Los Santos border. My dad, Joey, was working in a small gas station, which was located in Flint County. He was drinking much, at least all earning that motherf**ker he did drink. We knew LS more. We, being young, we were doing some criminal shit around Idlewood, like breaking windows or robbing random crackheads, womans, walking by and grabbing their handbags. As usual, i and my homie were leaning against a random liquor shop in Jefferson, because we did like the graffiti on it. In the same day, on evening, black majestic parked next to us, passanger lowered his window, i saw him, and i thought that i've seen him already, he offered us a job, to which we agreed. You will ask me what was it, eh? Chea', drug dealing, the day, when we started doing our own shit. 1991. When i had 17, one day i went home, because i was hangin' around Los Santos a week already. I was going inside my house slowly, because i didn't know if hes even dead or alive, i'm tellin' ya'! I didn't care, but then i saw him and he saw me. I noticed him drunk again, i was talking to myself "Oh well, f**ker drunk again" i sighed, somehow, he turned around and came slowly to my side, he shouted at me, "Where were you, you little shit?". 2 weeks later some mexicans named 58th Street conecta has been started a big shootout there , me and some friends escaped from there , SWAT and SAPD was there , many victims died.
