Here, my dear friend, I will take care of your personal or business problem, and you will help with my financial one.
Because here, we have a bounty list. You can post a member who would you like to get killed, but before you claim the price you will pay for the hit. Once he is killed, the hitman hands out a screen where he kills him, and so he officialy claims a bounty, and you should give him the payment.
This business is no-where related to governament, so you can't sue someone for anything or lolz. REMEMBER, ONLY 1 KILL! Then you claimed the bounty already, don't DM, don't kill the person more times. Also it would be cool if you will claim bounties in a RP way, like:
/me changes into his suit after reading a hit proposition.
/me reloads his gun, puts it in his jacket and is looking for the target he is payed to kill.
Etc, and remember as again, only 1 kill - after you kill the guy you hand out the screen, and you're paid.

None yet. Wanna make the first? Either post here your target and price for his head, or if you want to be anon just send me the message.
Just please guys, no DMing, only 1 kill - and try to do it RP way, like:
/c l there is a bounty on your head. I'm here to collect... - and then you kill the target.
This is actually suspossed to bring more money-earning-options in RP and non-script way.
If you see someone abusing this, like for example killing the same guy 20 times, post a report here and he will be 'banned' from the official hitlist - meaning he won't be able to contribute by anything to it, he won't be able to take any hits or bounties etc

Anyways the topic is still alive, just you guys either didnt use it or dont understand how to use the services. It's like that, I'll hand out an example:
You send me name of the victim, and the reason you want him dead, along with how much you will pay. For example:
Hey, I want YourMom69 dead. I will pay you 2,000$. Why I want him dead? He disrespected my gang. <bla bla bla bla>
After that, an assasin from IT or just some free-assasin will appear online. After he got the correct information, it just goes like this.
/me got a hit on his victim, he's being paid 2,000$ to kill him.
/me is going to get some straps from the under of his bed.
/me hided the straps under the seat and is going to search for his target.
/c area YourMom69
/me found the target and is ready to hunt.
After that, there are several ways of executing the target, for example with different kinds of guns. Let's say you said 'Alright, send him some regards and I want to see his face full of lead'
Then I stumble upon the target, say 'DadFuck69 sends his regards...'
/me took a shotgun from his jacket
and then assasin kills the victim.
This is just one of way of executing, it can be anything, ranging from a katana melee kill to headshot from laser sniper aka PSG-1.
Basicly after the victim is dead (and I remind you - the victim will be killed only ONCE - unless for example, assasin arrived to the target but target was DMed by someone else, or car killed by some noob. Then, the hunting will be still on.) the assasin either sends a message to the guy who requested the attack (when he's online on Argo) and the contact pays for hit (if he won't, let's say he will meet some....consequences, if that word is light enough...) OR if the contact is NOT online, the assasin does a screenshot of kill/kill log and sends it over to contact, along with a very brief description what happened and how he killed the target.
Note that there is always some kind of refund...so if you asked someone to cut the guy in pieces with katana but instead he used M4, you can either pay him less, or not pay at all - but if you do so, a conversation with me will start, as I'm the founder of this business, even if it's illegal or not (I know its illegal, but im not asking for any governament support)

Things like this arent meant to be made public, it takes half the fun out of assassinations.
Learn to use PM, Calls,Secret Meetings, CB radio..... That in 90% of cases is RPing.
You need to take every opportunity that you get, convert it as Role-Play situation.
Avoid taking it as OOC in all costs.......
So next time I offer to be bribed, talk to me in PM/Call :lol:

Anyways the point is: about the bribe, lol - I had 10 fucking cops on my ass and I was escaping in half dead regina, you really think i would have the time to check your ID with F5 when other 20 players were playing, and then PM you? not so.
And if you would agree that this is something not related to argo maybe we wouldn't gave it away :P

You will fail the assassination...
It wont be much fun, if all assassinations were supposed to succeed.
Also, its easier to assassinate a person whose not aware of a bounty. If you put it in public, the target will be ready.
Yea the bribe, my bad...you are right, i should have /c call you, instead of PMing. :)
Anyway, here are some suggestions when assassinating....They aint rules or anything, you can RP anyway you want,
Its just my recommendations:
If you RP an assassination like "Hey, are you Mr. XXX?", "Yea im XXX", "Mr. YYY sends his regards", "Takes out a stubby boom".
Most people count that as a lame kill, coz the other guy is typing. And getting killed while typing pisses off people- RageQuit or start flaming.
And no matter what, never do this on Klaus. :lol:
So, What is the alternative?:
I'd say, give the target a fair fight. After, "Mr. YYY sends his regards", shoot him with colt45 or something....just to express that you are here to kill him.
2 possible outcomes: 1. Target will run, 2. Target will fight back.
You can Chase to kill him, or kill him in a 1v1.
The guy who deserves to win, will win...no moan, no cry. And fair fights are always fun.
If you think, you cant beat the target with your skills, then use your brians.
This is an example:
Take an infernus....get the target as passenger....drift with him around the city.
Take the car in a tight corner, deliberately fail the drift.
Ask the target "You wanna try this turn?"
Target will probably say "yea"
Then type /c plantbomb.
Then say "trololol" :D

About the typing kill...I wouldnt flame if I would be killed in that way as long someone uses /me commands and shit, cause basicly, in real life the reaction to taking out a short shotgun quickly would took too long - meaning, the target has no chance to survive anyway. When you will be like 1 milisecond away to kill him all he will have time to do will be a ':O' face. And no LOL, I won't use it on Klaus, I don't assasinate ITs or EAFs...or TBs...D:
Alternative sounds good enough...my point is about the 'public thing' I did it cause many noobs would just report me for DMing, no matter if I would explain 100 times there was a hit on their head.
Lol'd at the last way, good idea but often the hit pay is less that bomb cost, lol
Unfortunely I doubt my services will ever expand, cause most of players are like 'z0mg, that biotch annoyed me by <blablabla> but why pay 1k for some wannabe assasin when I can spend it on M4 and chase him myself, lolz.'
I only got 2 hits in my whole game, one was on you - by Klaus. When I headshotted you with M4 when Morph was dealing drugs with you. It was kinda fail coz I should deal the drugs first and then assasinate you, but I was too worried you would rip me off D:
