today he says of he want buy Banner`s.
so i make the banners after he :
Invented excuses
of he not paying because he dont like it and before i design he dont says "only if i like it or something like that."
so he scam me in that i do new banner`s after he do it again Invented excuses of he dont like so is not paying
after he says i want forums so i says : if you like / dont like you steal need pay,you can change evreything of you dont like to something you like in the ADMIN SYSTEM of the forum .
so i ask you want *****.smffree.com or
*******.tk
(**** = name of he chose)
so he says i want .tk i says that price another 2k
he says "OK"
i was go,builed .tk
and i give to he the link
( and he chose username&pass&email to forum owner user,he can change the password after )
he says "brb"
after he come back says
"i dont like the forums"
i says : but before i builed it,i says :
10k and if you : Dont like / like , you steal need pay .
he says "OK" (( before ))
(( the another 2k is because the domain .tk ))
so he wire me 1500$ and quit from the game
its mine i lost
10,500$
Please,admins take care about that,give me the money of i will need get (10.5k) .

Alright so if I understand this clearly, he said he neede you to make a couple banners for him. Then you make them and he says he don't like them so you make some new banners. He doesn't like them either so you make him a forum, after he's back he doesn't like the forum. But why should he pay you for something he doesn't like? When I make a competition of who makes the best signature, I won't pay anyone who makes an ugly signature. Be real, It's not about millions.
And you can't sue him in court for this, as I don't see you have proofs and you should work on the writing effort. It's pretty hard to understand.

Admins will not give you this money, you are charging people IG money for out of game services, without any documentation on an official topic people can do what they want, so stop the moaning and get on with your life.

Clearly you have no idea what you are doing and just spit out random shit. The customer is always right. If they don't like it, they wont pay for it.
